OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE (m/w/d)

whenever we have new vacancies open! 

In this role, you will join the team of Swappie’s fulfillment site in Leipzig 🚀

You will work on the fulfillment site where light goods are handled. Arranging, sorting, picking, marking and preparing the orders to be shipped out to our customers all over Europe. Assuring the highest standards and customer focus in a warehouse setting. 

You will be doing the work which is strategically important for the company and our customers, great for the environment and surrounded by a supportive and positive team, fuelled by start-up spirit.

We offer a 12-month contract to work full-time (40hrs/week).
We work Monday - Friday, and offer either a shift in the morning (7:45 - 15:45) or evening (15:45 - 23:45) 😎 


WE WOULD BE EXCITED TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU 

• Have a growth company mindset with the ability to get things done fast
• Speak and write fluent English (minimum B2 level written and spoken), as it is our company language and the only language we use
• Have good attention to detail, even if the work sometimes includes routine tasks
• Hold a physical fitness level that allows you to be on your feet at times and sometimes lift boxes above shoulder level
• Have the following documents ready: 
  • Work permit that allows full-time work 
  • Tax ID
  • German bank account
  • Social Security Number and Public Health Insurance

- Hours: Mon-Fri 7:45 - 15:45 OR 15:45 - 23:45 (one shift only, no rotation)
- Salary: 14 €/hour
- Visa requirements: Valid working visa in Germany to work full-time 40hrs/week
