We are looking for a customer success manager to build our delivery and support pipeline to be as scalable as possible while helping current and new customers succeed.

What you’ll do

Our current customers love Accode and our sales pipeline has more interested customers than we can currently onboard. To meet this demand, our next challenge is to deliver and support Accode as scalably as possible without sacrificing customer satisfaction. You will be a key resource in building this by:

• Helping our existing customers use Accode to solve their challenges

• Delivering Accode to new customers in both existing and new markets

• Proactively seeking new potential markets and delivering solutions

• Understanding how our customers use and gain value from using Accode

• Minimizing the time required to turn customers from leads into satisfied customers

• Close cooperation with our development team and communicating customer needs

• Keeping the development team up to date on customer needs

Who you are

You enjoy working with customers and solving technical problems. Initiative and willingness to question/improve existing solutions or processes will help you succeed in this role. We would prefer that you have two years of work experience in a similar role. We also value the following:

• You are fluent in Finnish and English
