To be able to use the site you must be a registered business in the Nordics
with a working website. You must recruit on behalf of the company that you
are working for - no recruitment agencies allowed. The Hub’s recruitment
services are purely for startups and scale-ups and our customer success team
will review every single company that registers to ensure that they can in
fact be defined as a startup or a scale-up. We do not have a strict definition
that we follow, but typically your company needs to meet three or more of the
following four requirements;

The cost associated with job posting depends on the plan you select.
With Basic, you can publish jobs completely free of charge. Basic jobs are listed
in The Hub’s search result and included in email job alerts that are sent daily
to job seekers on The Hub. All jobs on The Hub are also aggregated to hundreds
of partner job networks and job boards including LinkedIn, Jobindex, Monster,
Indeed, and more.
With Pro (€390), you get all the features of Basic, but with some added benefits.
All Pro jobs are marked as ‘featured’ and placed on top of The Hub’s search results
and email job alerts, driving 5x more visibility. In addition, Pro jobs get a custom
advertisement campaign on LinkedIn, leveraging The Hub’s unique talent data to target
relevant profiles.
With Headhunter you can unlock a dedicated Recruitment Success
Manager to proactively work to fill your role. Headhunter is a “no cure, no pay”
service where you only pay if you hire. Price per hire is €2690, regardless of seniority.

Once published, you will be assigned a dedicated Recruitment Success Manager (RSM).
Your RSM will book you for a quick call to learn how to pitch your business and the
ideal profiles you are looking for.
Your RSM will optimize your job description and instantly start approaching relevant
candidates in our 400k talent pool to increase applicant quantity and quality. We
will also begin promoting your job using LinkedIn Promoted Job Slots (at no cost)
and featuring the job on The Hub (Pro).
Your RSM will carefully screen out the best fits and reject unqualified candidates
based on your criteria. Qualified and approved candidates are delivered to your inbox
twice a week.

We’re currently not recruiting, should we still have a profile?
Yes. Candidates are constantly scouting The Hub to find the perfect company to work for.
All companies on The Hub can be discovered based on markets, company stage/size, culture,
location and more. If you want to be on their radar you’ll need a profile, and as soon as
your hiring needs occur you’ll be ready to post jobs with just a few clicks.
We use an ATS. Can we still use The Hub?
Yes. We currently support integrations with Teamtailor, Workable, Greenhouse and Lever.
To connect your ATS, head over to ‘startup settings’ by clicking on your company logo in
the top right corner when logged in to explore specific guides on each ATS. Once connected,
you will be able to automatically post your active ATS jobs directly to The Hub. When jobs
update in your ATS (e.g. expire or are edited) they will automatically update on The Hub as
well. All applicants applying via The Hub will be directly forwarded to your careers site
(ATS) so that you can manage all applicants in one place. Are you using an ATS that we
