Current is looking for an experienced and talented Brand & Content Manager to join our growing, dynamic and fast-paced Marketing team, overseeing content creation and production as well as content project management. Your missions will be to define, produce, and distribute content to drive awareness, generate engagement, and establish us as a trusted source of information and inspiration for our target audiences. Able to develop content, messaging, and social media strategy at a corporate and product level
Ownership and creator of all content calendars (PR, Newsletters, Social, blogs/news)
Manage press releases, editorials, and other pieces of written content
Write compelling, engaging, and impactful copy—from taglines to B2B website content and adapt those messages accordingly across various marketing channels
Create and drive the brand’s personality through a consistent tone of voice and adapt that voice to the different marketing channels we use.
Maximize content for search engine optimization (SEO) through effective keyword research.
Content management and copywriting background
Hands-on experience conceptualizing and creating unique content for various marketing channels
In-depth knowledge of best content practices across all channels (websites, newsletters, Social Media, Press Releases, etc.)
Optimization of all the content produced using SEO best practices
Ability to provide directions and develop strong working relationships with the other departments in the organization
Experience with building content and social media calendars.
Good time management skills, including prioritizing and scheduling
Strong editing & proofreading skills with a sharp eye for errors
Experience with preparing and editing Press Releases and working with PR agencies and journalists
Ability to think creatively & committed to producing quality content
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
3-5 years of experience in content strategy and copywriting
Fluent native-level knowledge of English & Norwegian written and spoken.
Strong entrepreneurial spirit, self-driven, and keen to be part of a fast-growing business yet small team
Experience using technical SEO tools and other relevant platforms (Semrush, Href, etc.)
Set up a rich content calendar and meet all communication deadlines
Increase social media presence, reach & engagement
Increase the visibility of Current on Google and rank high on targeted keywords
Set tone of voice for Current as a brand across all our communication channels
Prior experience in the EV or the automotive industry
Fluent native-level knowledge of Swedish written & spoken
Comprehensive understanding of Hubspot
Proven experience(s) in SaaS business
Good Knowledge of the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, After Effect)
