Are you a social media enthusiast with a strong interest in TikTok and creative content? Do you have a flair for creating engaging videos that get people talking? If so, we want you as our TikTok Creator and Growth Intern!

At Filler bite, we are all about creating content that is informative and engaging about mental health. As our TikTok Creator and Growth Intern, you will be responsible for assisting with the creation of videos that capture our brand voice and drive engagement with our target audience.

You will need to be creative, outgoing, and passionate about social media. In addition, you should have a strong understanding of TikTok and be eager to learn more about creating videos that grab attention and get people talking. All the content will also be posted as Instagram reels.

This is a long-term internship opportunity, and we would like to start with a few TikToks a week (one to two hours a week to create it). The videos will have to be in English, as our main target is the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with the content team to develop and execute a TikTok content strategy that aligns with Filler bite's brand and mission.

• Creating engaging and informative TikTok videos that capture our brand voice and resonate with our target audience.

• Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends and incorporate them into our content strategy to drive engagement and growth.

• Consistently posting TikTok videos and Instagram reels, starting with a few videos per week.

• Monitoring and analyzing the performance of posted content, using insights to optimize and improve future content.

• Engaging with our TikTok and Instagram community by responding to comments and messages, and fostering a positive and supportive environment.

• Identifying opportunities for cross-promotion and partnership with other relevant creators and mental health advocates.

• Providing creative input and ideas to enhance the social media strategy and ensure consistent growth on the TikTok platform.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and familiarity with TikTok and other social media platforms, particularly Instagram Reels.

• Demonstrated ability to create engaging and visually appealing short-form video content.

• Basic understanding of mental health topics and genuine interest in promoting mental health awareness.

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a concise and engaging manner.

• Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to generate fresh content ideas that resonate with the target audience.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Strong time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and balance multiple projects simultaneously.

• Active listener and quick learner, open to receiving feedback and continuously improving content quality.

Note: As this is an internship position, prior professional experience may not be required. However, showcasing personal projects, coursework, or passion for content creation and mental health advocacy can strengthen the candidate's qualifications.
