You’ll play a pivotal role in a small team bringing the Qpaws vision to life. You’ll be deep in it — building, testing, tweaking, talking to users, pulling data, running experiments, creating content, filling up our channels, and launching things that actually move the needle.
Know how to build and grow real communities (online, offline, wherever the dogs are).
Get how growth really works — organic, paid, partnerships, content, social — and can actually do it, not just talk about it.
Feel at home creating and posting content across platforms — you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty, fill up our channels, and interact daily with users.
Live and breathe social media, and understand how to build brand and community from the inside out.
Geek out on retention, cohort analysis, growth loops, and scrappy GTM experiments.
Can juggle CRM flows one day and pitch collabs or dive into app metrics the next.
Have solid hands-on chops with Meta/Google Ads, SEO/ASO, and analytics.

With over 32,000 dogs registered, we’re continuously refining our product to deliver the best solution for tracking and managing dogs’ activities, health, and care.
Our goal is to make Qpaws the go-to app for active dog owners worldwide — and we’re preparing for international mass adoption.
Our head office is in Oslo, Norway, and we’re starting to build a strong, creative environment around our space here.
