We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to help us build and scale our presence in the DACH region.

At tamigo, we empower well-known international brands across Europe with our trusted Workforce Management solutions, helping them create more efficient and transparent daily operations.

You’ll be responsible for all marketing activities in the DACH region, with one clear goal: generate high-quality leads (MQLs). This is a hands-on role where you’ll plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across different channels—digital and offline—to drive growth.

What you will do:

  • Generate leads using any effective method (ads, SEO, events, customer stories, etc.).
  • Run and optimise paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) to attract the right audience.
  • Improve organic reach through SEO, content, and website optimisation.
  • Work closely with sales to ensure leads turn into customers.
  • Track performance, analyse data, and adjust strategies for better results.
  • Test new ideas to find the best ways to reach and convert prospects.


Your success criteria:

  • Generating more leads (MQLs) for the DACH market.
  • Higher conversion rates from campaigns.
  • Strong collaboration with sales for better pipeline results.


You are an ideal fit if you have:

  • Native level German
  • A hands-on approach to marketing
  • Data-driven decision-making
  • Technical SEA/SEM skills
  • DACH-targeted messaging skills
  • Google & social ads expertise
  • 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Excellent English communication skills

Please note that you must have a clean criminal record, and a valid EU work permit to be considered for this position.

The role is based in Copenhagen (Denmark) with the flexibility to work from home. However, to foster a strong team spirit, we expect you to be in the office at least three days a week.
