As Insurance Manager at Voi , you will play a key role in shaping Voi’s global insurance strategy. You’ll be responsible for driving insurance program enhancements, optimising policy structures, and ensuring effective claims management. This is an exciting opportunity to develop strategic risk solutions, influence policy decisions, and take ownership of high-impact projects at a fast-growing company. This will include:

• Managing and optimising global insurance programs across multiple lines (e.g., liability, property, D&O), ensuring effective structuring, procurement, and cost-efficient coverage.
• Acting as the primary liaison with insurers, brokers, and claims handlers, building strong external partnerships and ensuring smooth program execution.
• Designing and leading insurance risk management frameworks, using internal and external data to evaluate performance and drive strategic improvements.
• Overseeing claims management processes, including complex case resolution, data analytics, risk mitigation strategies, and continuous process improvement.
• Ensuring compliance with insurance regulations and contractual requirements across all operating markets, advising on policy wording, coverage gaps, and regulatory changes.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with leadership, legal, and finance to advise on risk exposure, budgeting, and insurance planning.
• Driving knowledge-sharing and cross-team collaboration, enhancing the use of insurance data and promoting best practices across the organisation.

WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK:

We are looking for a highly analytical and hands-on insurance professional with a proven track record in insurance risk management, policy structuring, claims management and stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced dynamic environment. In addition to being fluent in English we believe the right person has:

• 4+ years of experience in insurance risk management, ideally with exposure to multiple insurance lines.
• Strong understanding of insurance policy structuring, claims handling and data-driven risk management.
• Experience working in international insurance markets and managing relationships with brokers, insurers, and external claims handlers.
• Strategic mindset, capable of identifying innovative solutions to optimise insurance programs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making.
• Fluency in Swedish or German is a plus
