Youth on Demand is Norway’s most ambitious youth employment platform. We connect young people aged 13–25 with families, the elderly, and businesses that need help—solving two urgent problems at once: youth unemployment and everyday challenges for busy adults. With early traction, an active user base, and a mission-driven team, we’re building something that truly matters.

We’re now looking for a Head of Customer Success to help us take user experience and satisfaction to the next level. This is a unique opportunity to join early and build something from the ground up—both in terms of systems and culture.


Why This Role Is Different

  • You’ll Shape How We Work: You’ll have a direct hand in designing how we support, retain, and delight our users—from workflows to tools to team structure.

  • You’ll Be Close to the Product: We believe customer success is product. You’ll work closely with developers and designers to make sure what users need is reflected in how the app actually works.

  • You’ll Start Small, Think Big: You’ll be hands-on from day one—talking to users, solving issues, and setting up systems. Over time, you’ll help build a scalable success function and eventually lead your own team.

  • You’ll Learn and Grow: Whether you're early in your career or more experienced, you'll be trusted with real responsibility, fast feedback loops, and the chance to grow with the company.


Your Day-to-Day

  • Talk to users, gather insights, and help them get the most out of the platform

  • Identify trends and feed insights into product discussions and decisions

  • Work with our product and tech team to ensure user needs are reflected in the roadmap

  • Define and improve onboarding, activation, and retention flows

  • Set up and optimize tools and processes (e.g., CRM, support systems, feedback loops)

  • Track key metrics related to satisfaction, retention, and support volume

  • Build a strong foundation for how we handle customer success as we scale


You Might Be a Great Fit If…

  • You have experience working directly with users—through customer success, support, product, or similar roles

  • You enjoy talking to people, understanding their needs, and helping solve their problems

  • You’re hands-on, self-driven, and eager to improve things proactively

  • You thrive in fast-paced, Agile environments where you can take ownership and move quickly

  • You’re excited about shaping a new function and growing with it as the company expands


Bonus If You Have:

  • Experience from startups, marketplaces, or product-led growth environments

  • Familiarity with tools like Intercom, HubSpot, Notion, or similar

  • A passion for youth empowerment, social impact, or digital platforms

  • Some experience with analytics or experimentation frameworks

This role requires a fluent Norwegian speaker. We are looking for someone to start in October but we will be interviewing ASAP.

We are working with two of the biggest mega trends globally: 1. Unemployment amongst youth 2. The elderly wave & growing demand for help with everyday tasks Our mission is to become the largest employer of youth in Norway, and to make a big social impact on the issues raised as a result of the aging wave. We started by building an app for the B2C plattform, and will also soon launch B2B products for businesses in need of: - Short-term tasks (similar to our B2C on-demand plattform) - Recruiting talented youth longer-term - Gift cards for employees on the B2C plattform All of these services are automated with our AI-powered technology.
