We are seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) who is dedicated, empathetic, and driven by impact and delivering great value to enterprise customers . As a CSM at Be My Eyes, you will play a critical role in ensuring our enterprise and partner organizations achieve maximum value from our solutions. You will be the trusted advisor, advocate, and champion for our customers — helping them succeed while advancing our mission.
Own relationships with enterprise customers and partners in Europe, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
Guide customers through onboarding, training, and best practices to ensure they realize the full potential of Be My Eyes’ solutions.
Serve as the voice of the customer internally, collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Support, and Engineering teams.
Monitor and analyze customer health metrics, identifying risks and opportunities for growth.
Lead regular check-ins, QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), and strategic conversations with customers.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with the Sales team.
Drive continuous improvement in Customer Success processes.
3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing role — ideally in SaaS, accessibility tech, or social impact sectors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build trust and credibility.
A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support teams.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Multilingual (English and ideally French or German)
