The Role

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) who is dedicated, empathetic, and driven by impact and delivering great value to enterprise customers . As a CSM at Be My Eyes, you will play a critical role in ensuring our enterprise and partner organizations achieve maximum value from our solutions. You will be the trusted advisor, advocate, and champion for our customers — helping them succeed while advancing our mission.


What You’ll Do

  • Own relationships with enterprise customers and partners in Europe, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, adoption, and retention.

  • Guide customers through onboarding, training, and best practices to ensure they realize the full potential of Be My Eyes’ solutions.

  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally, collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Support, and Engineering teams.

  • Monitor and analyze customer health metrics, identifying risks and opportunities for growth.

  • Lead regular check-ins, QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), and strategic conversations with customers.

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with the Sales team.

  • Drive continuous improvement in Customer Success processes.


What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing role — ideally in SaaS, accessibility tech, or social impact sectors.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build trust and credibility.

  • A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support teams.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Passion for accessibility, diversity, and inclusion.

  • Multilingual (English and ideally French or German)
