UI Visual Designer

Superside is looking for a UI Visual Designer to join our Web Services team. In this role, you’ll transform UX foundations and strategic direction into stunning, brand-aligned digital experiences. From websites to landing pages and digital interfaces, you’ll design user-first visuals that combine elegance with usability.


You’ll work closely with UX designers, developers, and project managers to bring high-impact work to life for some of the world’s most recognizable brands.

What You’ll Do:
  • Design high-fidelity UI layouts for websites, landing pages, product interfaces, and other digital platforms.
  • Translate brand guidelines into scalable, consistent, and visually engaging UI components and page designs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and creatives, to define project requirements and deliver design solutions.
  • Develop impactful user interfaces and interactive prototypes to communicate design direction effectively.
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g. Figma plugins, generative design tools) to streamline the design process and enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure designs adhere to best practices for web accessibility, responsiveness, and user experience.
  • Drive innovation by continuously learning, experimenting and sharing knowledge with your team.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:
  • 4–5+ years of experience in digital design, with a portfolio showcasing UI excellence across websites and digital platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma and other industry-standard platforms and experience using AI to enhance design workflows and showcase. 
  • Proven experience working with development teams to ensure accurate design implementation.
  • Strong eye for composition, hierarchy, typography, and brand application across digital interfaces.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design decisions clearly to stakeholders and clients.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience designing both simple, visually compelling pages and more complex structures requiring business logic.
  • Curiosity and openness to working with AI tools as part of a modern design workflow.
