International Sales: Drive sales efforts in international markets, focusing on expanding our customer base and growing our presence internationally
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction
Market Analysis: Analyze international market trends, competition, and customer needs to develop targeted sales strategies
Sales Strategy: Follow and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns tailored to the healthcare and social sectors
Collaboration: Work closely with sales & marketing team, as well as product development and customer support teams to ensure alignment on sales goals and product offerings
Proven Sales Experience: You bring experience in international sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the healthcare, social sector, or SaaS sales is highly valued
Adaptability: You are a proactive and resourceful individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is always ready to take on new challenges
Cultural Fit: We are looking for someone who fits well with our team-oriented, innovative, and open-minded company culture
Communication Skills: You can effectively communicate in English, and you are comfortable presenting complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
Possibility to travel to our Helsinki office on a monthly basis
Healthcare/Medical Background: Familiarity with the social and healthcare sectors would help you understand our clients' needs better
Additional Languages: As we expand internationally, any additional language skills would be an asset
Experience with Speech Recognition Technology: Previous experience with speech recognition or AI-driven technologies is a bonus
What we offer:
Salary: Base salary in the range of EUR 3,000–4,000, depending on experience and qualifications. On top, you'll make bonuses from your own sales and company success. In total, we expect a well-performing Sales Manager/Executive to make a salary in the range of EUR 5,500–10,000, depending on the success
