We’re looking for a hands-on, proactive Part-Time Office & Feelgood Coordinator to join our People & Culture team! This is a part-time (20 hours/week), on-site role that combines office operations, event planning, and being the go-to person for all things that make a workplace thrive. If you’re organized, positive, and love making a difference behind the scenes, we want to hear from you.

In Amsterdam, you’ll join a diverse team of about 20 colleagues - and become the friendly face that keeps the office feeling good, looking great, and running efficiently.

As our Office & Feelgood Coordinator, you’ll report to the Team Lead for Workplace & Culture (based in Berlin) and work closely with peers in Paris and Copenhagen. You’ll also collaborate regularly with IT and our local team in Amsterdam.

📋 Your role as a Office & Feelgood Coordinator

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Keep our office in Amsterdam Houthavens tidy, stocked, and welcoming (snacks, coffee, supplies, etc.)
  • Organise team socials, afterworks, and internal events
  • Manage vendors (cleaning, maintenance, landlord, etc.)
  • Onboard and offboard employees, make first and last days memorable!
  • Take care of office plants and ensure a clean, safe workspace
  • Own workplace safety tasks and support local safety reps
  • Communicate office updates, events, and policy changes
  • Look for small improvements that make a big difference

📍 This role requires presence at the Amsterdam office. Working hours are flexible within regular office hours, Monday to Friday, spread across the week.


🔎 About you

  • Experience in office coordination, hospitality, event management, or similar fields
  • Proficient in English (our company language) and conversational Dutch
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and proactive with a can-do attitude
  • A warm, approachable presence, with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Event planning experience is a plus!
