We’re looking for a hands-on, proactive Part-Time Office & Feelgood Coordinator to join our People & Culture team! This is a part-time (20 hours/week), on-site role that combines office operations, event planning, and being the go-to person for all things that make a workplace thrive. If you’re organized, positive, and love making a difference behind the scenes, we want to hear from you.
In Amsterdam, you’ll join a diverse team of about 20 colleagues - and become the friendly face that keeps the office feeling good, looking great, and running efficiently.
As our Office & Feelgood Coordinator, you’ll report to the Team Lead for Workplace & Culture (based in Berlin) and work closely with peers in Paris and Copenhagen. You’ll also collaborate regularly with IT and our local team in Amsterdam.
Your responsibilities will include:
📍 This role requires presence at the Amsterdam office. Working hours are flexible within regular office hours, Monday to Friday, spread across the week.
