We’re looking for someone to take full ownership of our operational engine. You’ll be leading logistics, fulfillment, and customer delivery across hardware and services, and building the systems to help us scale. This role is for someone who thrives in ambiguity, gets things done, and loves taking responsibility before being asked.
Own and scale global logistics, stock, and warehouse flows
Build internal systems and documentation from scratch
Improve packaging and delivery experience for customers
Coach and grow a small, scrappy, and kind ops team
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Product
Drive operational excellence and reduce friction across the journey
Proactively surface bottlenecks and solve them before others notice
100% of deliveries arrive before the event
Support tickets about logistics or missed shipments are rare
Everyone trusts the ops machine to run without drama
You’ve documented and delegated enough to go on a 2-week holiday
Ops runs like a startup inside the startup: lean, fast, and well-oiled
Think in systems and act fast
Hate the phrase “that’s not my job”
Bring clarity to chaos without needing permission
Are kind, direct, and keep things moving
Have scaled ops/logistics before—or are hungry to prove you can
Speak fluent English (Danish a plus)
