We work with ambitious brands and agencies across Europe and the U.S., and we’re scaling fast. We’re now looking for a Technical Support Specialist with strong experience in web tracking and e-commerce.

Support our customers with implementation and troubleshooting of advanced tracking setups
Guide clients through integrations with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, and Magento
Work closely with our Success and Product teams to ensure clients are set up for long-term success
Debug client-side and server-side tracking issues using GTM Preview, browser dev tools, and your own curiosity
Communicate clearly and empathetically—whether in writing, video calls, or Looms
Identify trends in support needs and contribute to documentation, product feedback, or internal improvements
Proven experience in technical support, implementation, or integration —ideally within e-commerce or marketing tech
Solid hands-on knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM), including setup of tags, triggers, variables, and data layers
Experience debugging issues using GTM Preview mode, browser developer tools, and basic JavaScript or HTML
Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.
Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics (GA4)
Excellent communication skills—able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical users
A calm, proactive, and structured mindset when solving complex problems Nice to have
Experience with Google Consent Mode, CMPs, and tag-firing behaviour
Familiarity with tracking validation tools like Google Tag Assistant
Understanding of POAS (Profit on Ad Spend) and its relevance in marketing analytics
Experience working with or supporting marketing agencies
Knowledge of other analytics and tracking tools relevant to digital marketing
