We are looking for a talented US Senior Customer Success Manager to be a part of our market-entry team together with our CEO (who will move to the US) and a US Sales Director, with a clear goal of getting to a market-leading position within the US market for Contracted Food Service.
You will be taking on a crucial role in our opening of the American market as the leader of all client-facing activities in North America. The role will come with a competitive compensation package, options to obtain shares in the company, and the opportunity to grow with and within the company.
The role is East-Coast-based (ideally Boston, New York, Philadelphia, or Charlotte), but other East-Coast hubs will also be considered.

With our recent fundraising (a total of $10 M+ raised), a great European market position, and a team of 55 rockstars, we are now ready to go all-in on our US expansion—and we have high ambitions for what we will achieve.
We already have the first US customers signed and are looking for a skilled and passionate Customer Success Manager, who is ready to take ownership in driving success and to get a leading role in a market entry.

We’re looking for:
A high level of ownership, passion, and willingness to go the extra mile
5+ years of experience in client-facing roles
An eagerness to learn and develop into a director role within a few years
Industry knowledge around Contracted Food Service is a big plus
Based on the US East Coast (ideally Boston, New York, Philadelphia, or Charlotte), but other East-Coast hubs will also be considered
You will join our US Market Entry Team and play a crucial role in ensuring success for our clients and market expansion.
