As an Associate Paid Social Specialist at Helion B2B, you will focus on creating, optimizing, and analyzing paid social campaigns for B2B clients. You will collaborate with creative and strategic colleagues to ensure our clients reach and engage their target audiences effectively through paid social channels.
This is an entry-level position where you'll gain hands-on experience with social advertising. You'll become part of our Search & Social team and work closely with strategists, content & tech specialists. to plan and execute campaigns that actually make a difference for our clients.
Conduct thorough research for our clients, audience analysis, and market and competitor insights.
Set up campaigns to reach the right audiences at the right time - to create awareness, drive traffic & generate leads.
Participate in planning and ideation meetings internally with clients.
Help our strategists and clients understand what creates results by analyzing data and reporting on findings.
Stay up to date on social platform trends, algorithm changes and advertising tools.
You should be a recent graduate in marketing, international business, management, communication, IT, data science or similar, or have 1-2 years of work experience from a relevant job.
Are familiar with online advertising in one from or the other.
Fluency in one of the Nordic languages and English.
A flair for numbers & a problem solving mindset.
