As a FIXATE Support Crew Member, you’ll join a global operation where collaboration is key. Your responsibilities will span diagnosing technical issues, creating high-quality documentation, and providing day-to-day user support.
But this role goes beyond responding to requests - you’ll play a vital part in shaping how support is delivered. As an expert, you’ll advise clients on best practices, develop innovative support processes, and introduce new ways of working. This requires a balance of technical expertise, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Based in Göteborg, you’ll need to be a self-starter who’s ready to take charge of your own activities and strategy from day one. Resolve incoming support requests with care and expertise.
Collaborate with team members to assist wherever possible.
Speak up when something isn’t right or could be improved.
Maintain and nurture a positive, solution-focused team culture.
Deliver exceptional service that exceeds client expectations.
Support the development and implementation of operational improvements, both for FIXATE and its clients.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and provide or arrange training sessions.
Document processes and information to support service delivery improvements.
Work with local and global teams to ensure consistent service delivery.
Proven problem-solving skills with a solutions-focused mindset.
Strong willingness to embrace the unknown and tackle new challenges.
A genuine drive to help others.
Openness to step out of your comfort zone and try new approaches.
Fluent in English and Swedish (additional languages are a strong advantage).
