At BirdsAtFive, we’re on a mission to fix the biggest issue in AI-powered B2B marketing: bad input leads to bad output.
We’re building Birdie — a platform that structures all of a company’s go-to-market knowledge and gives teams smart AI tools to execute faster, stay on-strategy, and scale campaigns with confidence.
Instead of asking marketers to become prompt engineers, Birdie gives them a clean interface, built on validated data, smart templates, and AI apps that just work.
We’re looking for a Frontend Developer to take ownership of Birdie’s user interface and turn great design into a robust, modular, enterprise-level product.
You’ll work closely with our designers and backend engineers to bring the Birdie experience to life. From intelligent input flows to AI content editors and configuration dashboards — this is a frontend with depth, complexity, and real impact.
We’re still early — so you’ll have the chance to shape how the frontend is built, which tools and frameworks we use, and how we scale it as the product grows.
Build and maintain the Birdie frontend using React and TypeScript
Create reusable, modular UI components that can scale across the platform
Build scalable, maintainable, and performance-optimized applications.
Collaborate with Backend developers and designers to implement high-quality interfaces — clean, responsive, and accessible
Translate wireframes and designs into fully functional, high-quality user interfaces.
Integrate with backend services (FastAPI) and handle dynamic content and data flow
Drive UI/UX improvements based on user feedback and best practices.
Optimize frontend performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
Ensure the platform is performant, secure, and built for maintainability
Suggest and integrate tools and libraries that improve development workflows.
Care about modularity, reusability, and clean architecture
Can work independently and proactively — you don’t need micromanagement
Have worked on enterprise-level or complex B2B interfaces
Enjoy working closely with designers and backend engineers to ship great products
Are comfortable working in a fast-moving startup where decisions are made quickly
Strong experience with React, and TypeScript.
Skilled in translating designs into functional, user-friendly interfaces.
Good understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility principles.
Experience integrating frontend features with backend systems via REST and GraphQL APIs.
Proven ability to optimize frontend performance using techniques like memoization, lazy loading, and asset management.
Familiarity with Redux, React Context API, or other state management libraries.
Experience in unit testing (Jest, React Testing Library), end-to-end testing (Cypress, Playwright), and integration tests.
Proficiency in Git and workflows like feature branching and pull requests.
Collaboration & Tools
Experience with collaboration tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or equivalent.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
You won’t be just another frontend dev working on tickets. You’ll be the owner of the Birdie frontend — building the core product interface used by B2B teams and agencies every day.
From feature architecture to component structure, your decisions will shape how the platform looks, feels, and performs.
Real product ownership in a fast-growing, venture-backed startup
A strong design team and backend/AI engineers to collaborate with
A hybrid work setup (Copenhagen-based, with flexibility)
A friendly, ambitious team that trusts you to lead your area
A chance to work on a platform that’s redefining how marketing teams use AI — not just for ideas, but for real execution
