Open doors to discuss the new category with senior execs, boards, and innovation leaders.
Drive enterprise deals hands-on together with Hunome leadership: from cold introductions to boardroom conversations, tailoring the pitch to buyers across large enterprise, smaller businesses and societal organizations
Leverage your own network and digital acumen to generate, qualify, and convert opportunities.
Develop the playbook for scaling sales—defining the sales & marketing process, metrics, and talent requirements as we win clients and grow the team.
Lead go-to-market with change, innovation and strategy clientele, upgrading clients from adjacent sectors that feed into multidisciplinary collective sensemaking (e.g., transformation, knowledge management, systems thinking).
Roll up sleeves: outbound calls, strategic content, creative digital campaigns, closing high-value clients.
Elevate our brand through influence marketing, events, and community engagement campaigns with Hunome leadership.
10+ years in enterprise B2B sales, solution or category creation, or a mix with product marketing—preferably selling to C-suite, strategy, or innovation functions.
Track record building from “zero-to-one”: launching new products, owning challenging verticals or white space revenue targets.
Exposure to AI, data-driven platforms, enterprise SaaS, transformation consulting, or similar domains.
Gravitas—the presence and insight to engage boards, CEOs, transformation leaders, and practitioners alike.
Operate strategically and tactically: you zoom out to our strategy, and dive in to cold-call and close.
Proactive networker—willing to activate your current network, map new influencers, and build trust fast.
Advanced digital selling and storycraft: LinkedIn, social, content, events, and creative outreach.
Ready to start on 20 hours/week with startup equity and move to full-time sales leadership as we scale.
Meaningful startup equity (build the revenue positions for the company and category with founders).
Initial part-time (20hr/week), ramping to full-time (with team build & cash comp) as sales accelerate.
