We’re building a legion of AI travel agents, each with a tactical mission to solve real pain points in travel.

Together, they help people travel more, better, and create unforgettable experiences.

You’ll be the Tech Commander.

The Role

As Tech Commander at BAIAE, you’ll lead the design and orchestration of our agent infrastructure.

Sometimes you’ll be building directly. Sometimes you’ll be orchestrating others: integrating agents, tools, and collaborators into one cohesive system. Either way, you’ll make sure the legion runs with precision.

This is an opportunity to join at the start, BAIAE is live in soft launch and testing with real users. You’ll shape the technical foundation and define how the legion grows.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build the backend architecture that powers BAIAE’s multi-agent system.

• Integrate internal and external agents and the APIs they rely on into a cohesive and traceable workflow.

• Develop systems to coordinate tasks, manage data flow and ensure reliability.

• Iterate quickly based on real-world user feedback from our soft launch.

Tech Stack- What We’re Using and Exploring

We’re flexible, as long as it delivers and can scale. Right now, we’re using and testing:

• Python and REST APIs for core infrastructure.

• Voiceflow for prototyping and early agent flows.

• OpenAI tools: function calling, JSON mode, custom GPTs.

• Responses API and Agents SDK.

• Exploring LangChain, CrewAI, and AutoGen for agent orchestration.

Who are you

You’re into travel and firmly believe the experience can be way better and less fragmented.

You’ve worked on AI or are positively obsessed with it. You’re excited about building something from the ground up and having a real stake in it. You’re easygoing, hold high standards, and get things done. Bonus points if you play tennis, squash or padel (in that order).
