Role Overview

We’re seeking a Full‑Stack Engineer with strong technical skills and entrepreneurial drive to help build and scale our AI-driven Talent Matchmaking Platform and accompanying products.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain full-stack components (frontend + backend + database) for the talent platform

• Build core features: interactive UI, AI integration hooks, real-time notifications, user onboarding flows

• Collaborate cross-functionally with founders, product, design, and AI components for cohesive product development

• Support deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and platform scaling on cloud infrastructure

• Be agile—wear multiple hats, pivot fast, and contribute across front and backend in a lean startup setting

What We're Looking For

• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript (React, Node.js), backend frameworks and relational or NoSQL databases

• Familiarity with integrating AI models or APIs (LLMs, vector search, reputation systems)

• Experience building user-centric web interfaces and RESTful or GraphQL APIs

• Adaptable, self-driven, and comfortable working in high ambiguity with minimal supervision

• Strong communicator who appreciates startup culture and fast-paced iteration
