Our People & Organization Team is growing! We’re expanding our Talent Acquisition team by adding a second Talent Acquisition Manager to help scale our efforts in attracting and hiring top talent. You will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring the best candidates to meet No Isolation’s recruitment needs as we grow in existing and new markets. Working closely with hiring managers, you will ensure they are supported in identifying and selecting the right talent to fuel our expansion.
Additionally, you’ll play a key role in enhancing our employer brand, continuously improve No Isolation’s ability to attract top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience. You will report to the Chief People & Organization Officer.
Please note: This is a specialized recruitment role, and we’re not looking for an P&C/HR/PO generalist. We need someone with a deep focus on talent acquisition and recruitment expertise.

You bring experience from international recruitment and know how to adapt sourcing strategies, communication styles and hiring processes to suit different candidate markets and cultures. Experience from the EdTech space is beneficial.

No Isolation was founded in 2015 when we developed AV1, a telepresence robot that helps children and young people stay connected to their education during long-term absences due to illness. Our mission is to help educators bring learning and belonging to every child.
Today, there are 4,000 active AV1 robots used across 19 European countries. Positioned in the EdTech sector, AV1 is a unique solution to the growing issue of persistent absence, supporting both the academic and social needs of students.
