TL;DR: North ESG is looking for an ambitious and high-performance Sales Development Representative who wants to join an exciting start-up journey, become a B2B Sales specialist, and help our business grow.
Your main tasks will be prospecting and outreach, qualifying leads, schedule sales/demo meetings, product presentations, follow-ups and closing.
North ESG is the AI-powered ESG accounting platform for SMEs.
For most SMEs, ESG reporting is a complex and time-consuming burden. We believe the future of ESG should be about growth - not admin. Our mission is to free up time while strengthening the ESG profile of SMEs, so they can stay competitive, win more business, and meet rising ESG demands.
Our platform automates ESG reporting using AI – from data collection to emissions calculations and EU-aligned reports. It integrates with ERP systems and turns messy data into tailored, commercially viable ESG insights.
Students studying Business, Economics, Sales or Marketing who are looking for a relevant student or part-time job. Experience within B2B sales, SaaS, or business development is a plus - but mindset, curiosity, and ambition matter more than your CV.

Since our customers are Danish, strong communication skills in Danish are essential.
Outreach: Driving the first contact with leads via cold calling and e-mailing. Including identifying and researching potential customers – with customer lists and guidance provided by our Commercial Lead.
Lead nurturing: Engaging with qualified leads, providing information, and building relationships to move them through the sales funnel.
Meeting scheduling: Setting up appointments or calls for product demonstrations or further discussions.
CRM management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of leads and interactions in the company's CRM system.
Product presentation and collaboration: Assisting with product presentations and working closely with Management to align messaging and strategies.
Pipeline management: Contributing to the overall sales pipeline by ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads.
Responsibility from day one - you’ll help shape our outbound sales strategy, and for the long run we are looking for a Head of Sales.
