We're looking for a talented Senior Frontend Engineer to join our Interface Team and play a key role in shaping the look, feel, and overall user experience of our application. One of our major initiatives is migrating our frontend from Angular to React (React 19), and we need someone who’s excited to dive in and make a meaningful impact. This role is in Amsterdam and is hybrid.

What You'll Do:

• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code that meets high standards of quality, performance, and security.
• Develop and maintain integration and end-to-end tests to ensure reliability.
• Collaborate with the team in architectural discussions and help guide technical decisions.
• Share knowledge openly and participate in peer reviews, offering and receiving feedback to continuously improve.
• Lead and contribute to the migration from Angular to React, while also developing new user-facing features.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong understanding of core web technologies, browser behavior, and frontend performance best practices.
• 7+ years of hands-on frontend development experience in a professional setting
• Hands-on experience with React and its ecosystem (Redux, Hooks), as well as modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Proficiency in CSS and utility-first frameworks like Tailwind CSS, with familiarity using BEM or similar methodologies
• Comfort working in a Unix/Linux environment and with version control systems like Git.
• A solid background in SaaS product development, with a focus on delivering user-friendly, reliable interfaces.
• Excellent communication skills in English and strong analytical thinking.
• A team-oriented mindset with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
• Quick learner who is hands-on, adaptable, and motivated to grow.
  
  

Bonus Points For:

• Experience using the Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence).
• Familiarity with agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
• A keen eye for UI/UX and attention to design detail.
