We’re scaling quickly and looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our fully remote team (English- and/or Dutch-speaking).

Our platform provides real-time marketing dashboards and automated reporting, allowing users to optimize marketing campaigns for true profits, and provide profit-driven business inisights.
As an SDR at Reaktion.com, you’ll be on the frontlines of our growth. Your job is to connect with ecommerce agencies and brands, spark conversations, and book meetings for our sales team. You’ll do this through:
Phone outreach: calling decision-makers at agencies and ecommerce brands.
LinkedIn outreach: personal connection requests, DMs, and content engagement.
Qualifying leads: understanding prospect pain points and identifying fit.
Strong communication skills in English and/or Dutch (spoken + written).
Confident speaking with marketing managers, ecommerce directors, and agency stakeholders.
A proactive, resilient, and self-driven mindset.
Previous B2B SDR / cold calling experience is required.
Ability to work remotely and manage your own pipeline.
Bonus: Experience in sales in the marketing, ecommerce, or even better: the MarTech space.
100% remote role - work from anywhere in EU time zones.
