We’re not only growing hair but WE are growing fast, and we're looking for a Performance Designer (Video + Static) to join our Paid Ads team to help deliver high-performing creatives every single week!

🌟 What You’ll Do

• Work closely with our Creative Strategist and Senior Video Editor to produce weekly video and static ad creatives for Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google and Youtube.

• Edit native videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects  — motion graphic experience is a big plus

• Design static ad creatives with strong graphic design fundamentals using Figma, in multiple aspect ratios.

• Collaborate in brainstorming sessions and iterate based on creative performance data.

• Participate in video + photoshoot at CoHo Studios

• Work in a fast-paced environment where speed and agility are key.

🚀 Who You Are

• 1-2 years of experience in video editing and graphic design for ads (agency or in-house).

• Proficient in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Figma (or similar).

• Strong eye for design, layout, and typography

• Comfortable creating videos and editing videos

• Agile, efficient, and motivated by making creatives for ads.

• Fluent in English.
