We are looking for a Community Manager to build, engage, and grow our global user community. You’ll be driving adoption of our products, enabling world-class research with our hardware, and shaping the future of quantum computing collaboration.

What will I be doing?

• Define and execute IQM’s community engagement strategy.
• Manage and coordinate thought-leadership events (e.g., SQA Conference, user forums, hackathons).
• Deliver demos of our cloud platform to customers, partners, and industry experts.
• Collaborate with developers to test new features and improve the user experience.
• Evangelize IQM's SDKs through blog posts, social media, and conference talks.
• Develop content (tutorials, examples, posts) that educates and excites our users.
• Build strong connections with academia, research institutions, and industry partners.

What skills do I need?

• 3+ years experience in a technology-related, customer-facing role.
• M.Sc. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related field.
  
• Solid understanding of quantum computing principles (ability to write simple quantum algorithms).
• Strategic thinker with strong initiative and self-motivation.
• Experience in community building and engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to create engaging technical content.
