And we’re searching for someone with the vision, drive, and lived experience to turn that mission into reality — through commercial, impact-centered workshops in the heart of Copenhagen.

As our Project Leader (In-Person Workshops), you won’t be “managing” what already exists, you’ll be creating it — transforming high value workshop proposals from expert and peer guest speakers and health professionals into unforgettable in-person experiences with real and lasting impact.

This role is for someone who has stood at the front of the room before as a workshop facilitator themselves— who knows what it takes to design, shape, and deliver learning experiences that move people. Someone who understands flow, audience psychology, energy, structure — and who now wants to scale that magic from a leadership position.

You’ll be the creative and operational heartbeat of this effort — not just planning events, but building an events brand that reflects the soul of Copenhagen and the mission of LifeBonder.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and Own the Commercial Workshops Strategy: Build and execute a purpose-driven transformational workshop roadmap that balances business goals with real human impact, creating experiences that inspire deep personal growth and lasting connection.

  • Bring Guest Speaker Concepts to Life: Turn expert proposals into successful, well-run and high-value workshop events have lasting impact on attendees

  • Turn Vision into Execution, Seamlessly: Lead the full project lifecycle, from concept and ideation to planning, delivery, impact tracking, and iteration.

  • Lead from the Front: You’ll step straight into the driver’s seat, shaping this arm of the business and bringing our workshop vision to life in a city that’s craving deeper connection and purpose

  • Create Emotionally Resonant Experiences — focus on how attendees feel, connect, and remember the event (think meaningful takeaways)

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally with Marketing, Partnerships, and Community to amplify visibility, engagement, and brand alignment.

  • Be the Face of Our Mission in the city — fostering a sense of belonging and inspiring people to reconnect offline

Who You Are

  • Someone with experience creating and leading workshops from scratch, including past experience as a workshop facilitator yourself

  • A natural leader who brings both strategy and spark — balancing creative vision with executional excellence.

  • A solution-oriented doer who brings positivity, direction, and momentum to every challenge and turns “what if” into “done.”

  • Emotionally intelligent, creative, and community-minded — you know how to make people feel seen and included.

    • Someone who understands that branding is an experience, not a decoration. You care more about the emotional impact of an event than the aesthetics of it.

  • Confident, fast-paced, and grounded — you bring energy, direction, and drive everywhere you go.

  • Experienced in project management or team leadership (formal or informal), with a love for creating emotionally impactful & transformational in-person event experiences that leave people changed for the better.

  • Deeply aligned with Lifebonder’s mission to rebuild authentic offline communities.

  • Based in Copenhagen and attuned to its people, culture, and energy.

  • Flexible with some evening/weekend availability for events.

  • C1/C2 English level
