Responsibilities

As the Online Membership Leader, you are in charge of a business unit, and as such you are responsible for its results and long-term sustainability. Your role will consist of:

• Designing the online membership strategy with the mindset to empower PWN Global On-line Team and act as champion for PWN Global

• Identifying ways to attract new online members, engage, and retain them

• Holding calls with the VPs Membership in the local city networks to ensure feasibility, namely to ensure that all On-line members have access to Global and locally driven On-line content

• Mapping the member journey and identifying opportunities to proactively intervene on the member’s behalf.

  • Test strategies for driving on-line members value.

  • Develop listening points in the member journey, define segmentation of member base and varying strategies, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Continually review and evolve the collection of processes that PWN Global uses to track, oversee and organize every interaction between the PWN Global member and PWN Global throughout the lifecycle.

  • Develop metrics for success

• Preparing presentations and reports regarding On-line membership area.

• Work cross-functionally with different players and excellent interpersonal skills

• Have very good communication abilities in the online mode

• Have good sales skills to be able to attract online member

• Be able to make creative proposals

• Have a sense of business and profit

• Good digital skills (be familiar with working with membership platform and social media)

This position reports directly to the PWN Global Co-President.

Time commitment: Approximately 4–6 hours per week.
