We’re looking for a driven and organized Digital Channel Manager to join our Growth Team on a 10-month fixed-term contract, covering a parental leave from November 2025 to September 2026.
The role is based in Stockholm, with three in-office days per week together with two Growth team colleagues. You’ll report to the VP Marketing & Partnerships, who is primarily remote but visits the office monthly.
✨ As Digital Channel Manager, your mission is to strengthen and streamline our digital presence. Rebuilding our website management setup, creating a more modular and scalable structure for the marketing team, and elevating our social channels to boost reach, engagement, and lead generation.
🌐 Website Management
You’ll take full ownership of our WordPress website, from structure and templates to design and technical performance. Your goal is to bring website management back in-house, creating a system that empowers the Growth team to easily build and update pages for campaigns, demos, and events.
You’ll also lead ongoing SEO efforts, ensuring strong organic visibility and optimizing for modern search trends, including generative AI.
📣 Social Media Management
You’ll develop and execute our content strategy for LinkedIn and YouTube, focusing on driving reach and engagement among our target audiences.
4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Web Management, or Owned Channel roles, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
Expert knowledge of WordPress and Elementor, with hands-on experience creating modular templates and managing content structures.
Proven track record in SEO, both technical and on-page optimization.
Experience managing and growing LinkedIn and YouTube channels.
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
A results-oriented mindset with a clear understanding of how channel performance ties to marketing KPIs (Leads, MQLs, SQLs).
