About us

Millennial Consulting is a junior management consultancy. We provide strategy consulting services to startups and SMEs that seek help with their business, by matching them with ambitious students and recent graduates for a two-month consulting project. We are supported by external mentors who are professional management consultants (from Deloitte, PwC, DYNACAP, BearingPoint, and Round), and some of our student consultants and leadership team members have gone on to work at larger consultancies themselves.

We are currently expanding our HR department for an ambitious 2026!

 

What we look for

You are a motivated student or a recent graduate from a university in Denmark, who wants to join Millennial's management as an Operations Specialist to accelerate the growth of Millennial Consulting with an ambitious goal of bridging student consultants from a range of universities with local startups and SMEs. As the new member, you will help with various tasks within your team and across the organization.

 

Task and Responsibilities 

  • Recruitment and selection 

  • Drafting and publishing job posts

  • CV screening and shortlisting applications, sending out emails to the candidates and conducting interviews

  • Onboarding of new management members

  • Preparing onboarding materials and guiding new members, collecting and updating documentation (contracts, agreements, NDAs) 

  • HR administration and record keeping 

  • Maintain accurate employee records, support compliance with internal policies, and handle HR ad hoc tasks as needed 

  • Employee engagement and culture 

  • Supporting and organising initiatives that strengthen team cohesion and motivation (e.g., social events, recognition activities) 

  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Operations, Communications, and Business Development teams to align HR initiatives with organisational goals  

  • Participation in the Management team's knowledge-sharing sessions and training 

 

We expect that: 

  • You have or wish to gain more experience in recruitment and managing projects 

  • You are interested in start-ups, SMEs and/or management consulting 

  • You have high analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, and can handle confidential information with professionalism 

  • You have strong organisational skills and can manage multiple tasks independently 

  • You are proactive and willing to suggest improvements to existing processes 

  • You are a team player, who enjoys working in a diverse team

Please note:

  • It's an unpaid, volunteer position, taking up around 5-10 hours a week

  • The position is primarily for students, but we also welcome recent graduates, who have the time and are looking to gain experience and networking.

  • Applicants will either be hired November/December or beginning of January 2026.

Millennial Consulting is affiliated with Station, the Innovation House in Frederiksberg. Every semester, we hire Student Consultants for a two months volunteer project.
