About DinLya

DinLya is a new Swedish PropTech startup building Sweden's first AI-driven housing platform—where buyers get a completely new experience of the real estate market: less gut feeling, more data, insight, valuations, and AI-based recommendations.

We are now looking for the fifth key figure: our Fullstack AI Developer—someone who can build and integrate features across the entire stack, with a focus on core product functionality and data integration.

We are completely bootstrapped, work 100% remote, and value creativity, freedom, and significant responsibility.

What You’ll Work On

You will be primarily responsible for the fullstack implementation of the core features in the MVP, connecting our AI and data models to the user interface.

Front-end & Application Development

• Implement core features in code (React, Next.js, or similar) to present data insights.

• Build components for visualizations of maps, price deviations, valuations, and insights.

• Develop the prototype's core user functionality (using both dummy and real data).

• Create smart search, filter, and data display components.

• Ensure a modern, fast, and smooth application experience.

AI & Backend / Data Integration

• Integrate our early AI models and APIs into the application flow.

• Set up and manage simpler pipelines for data sourcing and serving.

• Work closely with the team’s AI experts to implement model outputs effectively in the MVP.

• Build and maintain the backend logic and APIs needed for the platform.

• Ensure application performance and data reliability.

The important thing is that you have strong fullstack skills and are eager to work with AI outputs and data streams.

What We’re Looking For

Must have

• Strong proficiency in modern fullstack development (e.g., React / Vue / Next.js on the frontend, Node/Python/Go on the backend).

• Extensive experience integrating APIs and handling data streams.

• Ability to build and implement application functionality quickly for a prototype.

• Proficiency with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data modeling.

• Strong initiative, drive, and the ability to build without requiring detailed oversight.

Nice to have

• Interest in PropTech, the housing market, or investments.

• Experience with data pipelines and cloud services (e.g., AWS/GCP/Azure).

• Experience with data-heavy applications (dashboards, analysis tools).

• Experience building consumer products or marketplaces.

• Knowledge of basic machine learning concepts or MLOps practices.

• Experience with mapping services (Mapbox / Leaflet).
