We’re in a soft launch/beta phase, with a fully functional app nearly ready for hard launch. While the product is technically strong, we are pre-revenue and looking for a strategic thinker to define our business model, monetisation strategy, and growth roadmap.


About The Role

We’re seeking a hands-on Revenue & Strategy Lead to define and implement LifeBonder’s monetization approach and early-stage growth strategy. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, business development, and product, and is perfect for someone who thrives in ambiguity and wants to shape a company from the ground up.

  • You love leadership that gives you full trust, autonomy, and purpose — and you find it deeply fulfilling to see your work turn early hypotheses into opportunities that can set the foundation for sustainable revenue

What You’ll Do

  • Define Monetization: Analyze the market and product to design viable revenue streams (subscription, freemium, partnerships, etc.).

  • Business Model Strategy: Identify the most promising short- and long-term business models, and test hypotheses with early users and partners.

  • Market Validation: Conduct research and gather insights from early adopters to inform pricing, positioning, and product-market fit.

  • Financial Planning: Build financial models and projections to guide launch strategy and future investment needs.

  • Go-to-Market Roadmap: Collaborate with the CEO and product team to prioritize features and launches that maximize adoption and revenue potential.

  • Partnerships & Early Opportunities: Identify potential partnerships or pilot opportunities to accelerate market entry and validate monetization.

  • Metrics & Reporting: Establish KPIs and track performance against revenue and adoption goals.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in early-stage startups, ideally in app-based or digital products.

  • Strong understanding of monetization, revenue models, and business strategy.

  • Perfectly comfortable operating in ambiguity and defining structures from scratch.

  • Hands-on, results-oriented, and able to execute as well as strategize

  • Analytical and strategic thinker with strong financial modeling and market research skills.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with a technical founder.
