The Role

We’re looking  for a developer with a user-centric mindset and a drive to evolve the product in step with the market, execute our roadmap, and meet client expectations. You’ll work with modern technologies and have a significant opportunity to grow, diversify your skill set, and contribute to an exciting growth journey.

You’ll work across the full stack and the end-to-end development lifecycle—UX/UI, coding, testing, debugging, and more. You’ll also contribute to broader business topics at BELLA, including the product roadmap, IT infrastructure, and domain-specific decisions. Collaboration is central: you’ll partner with the BELLA team to share progress and tackle challenges, and work with developers to refine requirements, design solutions, and deliver new features.

The Stack

Must Have

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with .NET. (Preference for .NET Framework however .NET Core will also work)
• Strong English skills in reading, writing and speaking
• Strong communication skills
• Business understanding, enabling you to consult and contribute to BELLA’s product roadmap, IT infrastructure, and other domain-specific topics.
• A curiosity and eagerness to stay up to date with the latest software developments, trends, and technologies
• Strong collaborative skills
