And now, we are looking for an exceptional Technical Project Manager!

Introducing the role & the Team

Centra continues to grow rapidly, and our Commercial Department now needs to add a Technical Project Manager to our Onboarding Team in Stockholm. The department is responsible for the overall growth and success of Centra’s work with clients and partners. The Onboarding team is specifically responsible for educating new, and existing clients on the platform, making sure they get the most out of it and enhancing the product adoption. In this role, you’ll play a key role in coordinating and delivering on that promise.

What you'll do

  • Lead client projects end-to-end — from onboarding new clients to supporting them after go-live

  • Act as the client’s voice internally, making sure their feedback is captured and shared with Product & Engineering

  • Coordinate the right internal teams and external partners to keep projects running smoothly and on time

  • Maintain clear project documentation and ensure strong project delivery standards

  • Troubleshoot issues and remove roadblocks for both clients and internal teams

  • Build trust with clients and become their go-to advisor throughout the project lifecycle

  • Support continuous improvements in our project delivery processes and tools

  • Contribute to our internal knowledge base by sharing insights and best practices

What we're looking for

  • You know how to run complex technical projects end-to-end — keeping scope, timelines and communication clear for everyone involved

  • You’re technically minded, with a solid understanding of modern IT architecture and how systems connect

  • You’re familiar with APIs and tools like GraphQL, Postman and GitHub, and feel comfortable navigating technical discussions with clients, partners and internal teams

  • You understand how ecommerce works in practice — from integrations and payment flows to logistics and customer experience — backed by around 3+ years of experience in ecommerce

  • You can break down complex problems, interpret data and find pragmatic solutions when things get tricky

  • You’re confident advising clients, managing expectations and influencing senior stakeholders when needed

  • You have a strong sense of ownership, drive and a self-starter mentality

  • You’re fluent in Swedish and English and able to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders

  • You’re based in or near Stockholm (or open to relocating) and able to travel occasionally
