Full-Stack Developer

Salary Competitive

Build scalable features at a global SaaS scaleup

Please note that applications are reviewed continuously. Deadline: January 18, 2026.

The Role

We are looking for a collaborative Full-Stack Developer to join our engineering team. You will join a small, autonomous team where your voice matters and your contributions directly shape our platform.

In this role, you will build and maintain full-stack features across the TIND platform, from conception to deployment, and design and implement scalable microservices on our AWS cloud infrastructure. It requires a hands-on approach and a desire to work in an environment that values developer empowerment. You will not just be writing code; you will be collaborating closely with your team to make technical decisions, contribute to architectural discussions, and drive projects forward.

We operate with high autonomy, giving you the freedom to influence technical direction and grow alongside the company. We don’t expect you to be an expert in every part of our stack immediately, but we do look for a strong drive to learn, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for building high-quality software.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain full-stack features across the TIND platform, working with React on the frontend and Python on the backend.

  • Design and implement microservices on AWS using CDK.

  • Take end-to-end ownership of features, managing the lifecycle from initial design and prototyping through to deployment and monitoring.

  • Collaborate with the team to solve complex technical challenges and refine the platform's architecture.

  • Contribute to technical decisions, ensuring our code quality and development practices continue to improve as we scale.

  • Continuously learn and grow, expanding your skillset while helping the platform evolve.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of professional development experience, ideally within a startup or early scale-up environment.

  • Strong experience with either React or Python (ideally both, or a strong willingness to master the other).

  • Hands-on experience building and deploying microservices on cloud infrastructure (AWS is preferred).

  • Collaborative mindset: You value team culture over siloed work and have strong communication skills.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset: self-starter, proactive, and eager to have your technical opinions heard and respected.

  • Must be based in Norway with the ability to work from our Oslo office at least one day per week.

What We Offer

  • A key technical role in a high-growth SaaS scale-up where you are not just a number.

  • Growth opportunities as the company expands.

  • Autonomy and empowerment in a collaborative environment.

  • Direct influence on technical decisions and platform evolution

  • A global customer base and an international, collaborative work culture.

  • Competitive compensation and benefits.

  • Hybrid work model (Oslo HQ with remote flexibility).
