We're looking for a motivated Frontend Developer to join our UGC Platform Team in Barcelona. 

Flowbox was founded in 2016 and is a fast-growing tech scale-up with large ambitions and broad visions. We provide a SaaS platform that helps brands improve their marketing, social media and e-commerce strategies. Our technology helps our clients to better collect, manage, and distribute their own customers' content, aka user generated content (UGC).

Earlier this year, Flowbox acquired the Danish company Dreaminfluence, a leading influencer marketing platform. Post-acquisition, Flowbox now serves more than 1,000 customers, reports close to €9M in ARR, and employs over 70 people across offices in Stockholm, Barcelona, Amsterdam, and Copenhagen.

About the team

Our Tech Department is made up of two core teams:

• The UGC Platform Team (Barcelona):

Responsible for the heart of our UGC platform, including integrations, back-office tools, content collection, moderation, and distribution. We also manage event streams, analytics, and data infrastructure, ensuring our systems are efficient, reliable, and scalable

• The Influencer Platform Team (Copenhagen):

The team behind the influencer marketing part of the Flowbox platform, developing and maintaining a platform for influencer collaboration, campaign management, and performance tracking. We handle everything from influencer payments and reporting to analytics and insights, making it simple for brands and influencers to connect, collaborate, and generate results.

We work cross-functionally in a hybrid environment, collaborating across disciplines to deliver impactful solutions. In this team, you’ll find a balance of challenge, creativity, and ownership, with plenty of opportunities to make a real impact on Flowbox’s core product.

Your mission

As a UGC Platform Frontend Developer, you’ll play a key role in shaping the core of our product, the infrastructure that powers a platform trusted by hundreds of leading brands worldwide.

You’ll join an autonomous, agile, cross-functional team that designs, builds, and maintains scalable, high-performing systems for collecting, processing, and delivering user-generated content at scale.

In this role, you will:

• Build and maintain the frontend of our platform as it continues to grow and expand with new features.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and product teams to develop new functionality, integrate services, and ensure an exceptional user experience.
• Debug and troubleshoot production issues across multiple services and layers of the tech stack.
• Tackle complex challenges such as cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization, and building reusable, accessible components that work seamlessly across environments.
• Actively participate in Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Product Reviews, and Retrospectives, helping us continuously improve how we build, deliver, and learn together.

About you

You’re a frontend developer with 2-3+ years of experience building modern, responsive web applications. You have strong, hands-on experience with React and JavaScript, complemented by a solid understanding of TypeScript. You take pride in writing clean, maintainable code and building engaging, high-quality user interfaces.

You have a good eye for design and accessibility, using tools like CSS Grid, Flexbox, and Material UI to craft responsive interfaces that look great on any device. Experience with Svelte is a plus, and you’re always eager to explore new technologies that can improve your workflow or the user experience.

You thrive in collaborative, open environments where ideas are shared freely. You’re curious about how users interact with your product and motivated by delivering features that create real business value. Above all, you’re passionate about continuous learning, improving your craft, and contributing to great products that make a difference.
