As our Growth Product Manager, you will lead a dedicated Growth Squad within the Product department. Your core objective is to turn the "interested" into the "enrolled." You will be the vital link between our Marketing/Growth teams and our Product ecosystem, ensuring that the promise we make in our ads is fulfilled the moment a user enters our flow.
The "First 5 Minutes": You will own the onboarding and medical screening journey. You’ll use behavioral psychology to reduce "cognitive load" and build trust during the most critical part of the patient journey.
Marketing-Product Alignment: You will work hand-in-hand with our Growth/Marketing teams to ensure a seamless "scent" from ad creative to landing page to app experience.
Global Scalability: You’ll design a conversion engine that works across the EU and beyond, navigating different cultural attitudes toward weight health and GLP-1 treatments.
Psychology-Led Testing: You won't just move buttons for the sake of A/B testing; you’ll form hypotheses based on user behavior, stigma reduction, and "medical authority."
Squad Leadership: You will lead a dedicated team of developers and designer, prioritizing the roadmap that delivers the highest impact on Acquisition and Conversion.
The Growth Psychologist: You understand why people hesitate. You have a background in B2C Product (HealthTech, FinTech, or EdTech preferred) where "trust" is the primary currency.
The Bridge Builder: You speak both "CPA/ROAS" (Marketing) and "Sprint/API" (Engineering). You enjoy the challenge of aligning these two worlds.
Data-Informed, Not Data-Driven: You use SQL and Amplitude to see what’s happening, but you use user interviews and psychological principles to understand the "why."
Global Mindset: You are excited about the challenge of scaling a Swedish success story into a european household name.
