Join as a Founding Engineer and help build a product from 0-to-1. You'll work directly with the founding team and own real decisions across product, architecture, and engineering culture.
Ship end-to-end: a polished Next.js frontend, secure APIs, background processing, and AI-driven document workflows.

Set the foundations: testing discipline, dev workflows, and a codebase that can scale with demand.
Proven full-stack delivery: You can ship and maintain production web products across frontend and backend.
Frontend excellence: Strong React / Next.js / TypeScript skills with an eye for UX and performance.
Backend systems: Experience building APIs/services (Next.js routes and/or Express) and integrating external services.
Document pipelines: Experience with OCR + document workflows (e.g., Azure AI Vision) and improving extraction accuracy.
Production LLM workflows: PII masking, structured outputs, validation, monitoring (e.g., OpenAI via Azure).
Async processing: Comfortable with queues, retries, and concurrency (BullMQ + Redis or equivalent).
Data foundations: Strong Postgres fundamentals (Supabase or similar): modeling, migrations, performance basics.
Security & privacy: Strong instincts for handling sensitive documents—auth, access control, secure storage, and safe API patterns.
Quality bar: Practical testing discipline (unit/integration/e2e where it matters) + regression coverage for critical flows.
Ownership mindset: You enjoy ambiguity, take responsibility, and build foundations—not just features.
Engineering judgment: You communicate trade-offs clearly and collaborate well with non-technical stakeholders.
