We are looking for a motivated UGC & Influencer Marketing Student Assistant to support our Content and Website teams by owning and scaling our user-generated content processes for paid advertising. The role focuses on identifying creators and UGC agencies, streamlining workflows, and driving performance through creative formats and data-driven insights.

In this role, you will take ownership of our user-generated content for paid ads, working closely with creators, UGC agencies, and internal teams. You will be responsible for scaling content output, improving processes, and testing multiple UGC formats with a strong performance mindset.
Your main tasks will include:
Identifying, sourcing, and coordinating content creators and new UGC agencies across key markets.
Managing direct communication with creators, including briefing, feedback, and content delivery.
Owning and streamlining UGC workflows to increase content volume, efficiency, and speed-tomarket.
Developing, testing, and adapting different UGC formats for paid advertising with a strong performance focus.
Creating and editing UGC-style video content yourself when needed.
Using AI tools to support content creation, optimization, and scalability.
Analyzing content performance and collaborating with Content and Website teams to ensure alignment and brand consistency.
This role offers hands-on experience at the intersection of creative content, performance marketing, and e-commerce growth, with real ownership and impact.
You are both creative and performance-minded, curious about what makes content convert, and excited to work with creators, data, and digital platforms. You enjoy taking ownership, testing ideas, and learning by doing.
You are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or in the first year of a master’s degree (e.g. Marketing, Communication, Multimedia Design, Digital Media, or similar).
Strong interest in UGC, short-form video, and performance marketing.
Hands-on experience with AI tools for content creation and optimization (e.g. voiceovers, video editing, scripting, creative automation)
Ability to create basic video content yourself (e.g. cutting, subtitles, simple motion or graphic overlays).
Basic knowledge of graphic design or content tools (e.g. Adobe, Figma, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
Analytical mindset with interest in understanding content performance and optimization.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Passion for sports and active lifestyle is a bonus.
Weekly working hours: Part-time (15 hours at the office)
Location: Copenhagen Holmen, at Talent Garden Rainmaking (great office atmosphere)
