If so, Hococo is looking for a talented individual to join our team as an SDR Lead / Outbound Sales Lead, responsible for acquiring, qualifying, and advancing deals within the PropTech space.
At Hococo, we help property owners and operators digitise tenant communication and streamline daily operations. Our SaaS platform enables residential real estate companies to improve tenant experience, optimise workflows, and gain better insights into their portfolios-allowing them to operate more efficiently and deliver better living experiences.
As our team and customer portfolio continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and driven SDR Lead to support the ongoing expansion of our B2B customer base across Europe.
As the SDR Lead, you will be vital in expanding Hococo’s customer portfolio across Europe. Your primary focus will be outbound sales towards professional property owners, property managers, and residential real estate operators.
Working closely with the rest of the commercial team, you will confidently guide potential customers through the sales pipeline and have a significant impact on the sales process-especially the first and most critical steps of our sales funnel.
In addition to executing outbound activities yourself, you will help shape outbound strategy, messaging, and best practices as we scale.
Your specific responsibilities will include:
Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential customers (outreach via calls, LinkedIn, events, and inbound follow-up)
Engage with leads through multiple channels, including phone, email, and social media, to initiate meaningful, value-driven conversations
Collaborate with the rest of the sales team to develop and execute targeted strategies that convert leads into qualified opportunities and new customers
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads, track progress, and provide regular updates to sales management
Work closely with marketing to align sales and marketing efforts, and provide feedback on lead quality, messaging, and campaign performance
As the ideal candidate for this role, you bring experience selling SaaS or complex solutions to SMEs and larger organisations. You may come from a background in business, marketing, sales, or a related commercial field.
Essential qualifications and traits we value include:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Senior SDR, or junior sales role
A proven track record of acquiring and qualifying new B2B deals
Experience with solution-based sales, preferably selling a SaaS product
Consistent history of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with managerial roles and C-level stakeholders
Solid understanding of sales processes and methodologies (preferably MEDDIC) and core SaaS metrics
A collaborative and positive personality, thriving in an informal, ambitious, and fast-growing environment
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Danish ( other Nordic language skills are a plus, but not required)
