About Your Role

As our Senior Account Manager, you are the trusted partner for our customers after the deal is signed.

You’ll own and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring everything runs smoothly, their needs are understood and Uniify continues to deliver real value to their business. You’ll act as their primary point of contact, handling requests, translating wishes into solutions and identifying opportunities for upsell and expansion.

This is not a reactive support role. It’s a strategic, commercial role where strong relationships, industry understanding and proactive account management turn into long-term partnerships and revenue growth.

Expect a Day Full of

👉 Acting as the main point of contact for a portfolio of existing customers, ensuring a seamless and professional experience

👉 Proactively engaging with customers to understand their business goals, challenges, and upcoming needs

👉 Handling inbound requests, questions, and change requests — and coordinating internally to deliver solutions

👉 Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and turning customer value into commercial growth

👉 Conducting account reviews, follow-ups, and strategic check-ins to strengthen long-term partnerships

👉 Collaborating closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to ensure alignment

👉 Managing renewals, contract expansions, and customer expectations with confidence and clarity

👉 Continuously gathering customer insights and feeding them back into the organization


Who We’re Looking For

➡️ Fluent in Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian.

➡️ You have 3+ years of experience in a role such as Account Manager, Sales Manager, Consultant, or a similar client-facing commercial role

➡️ Experience from banking, financial services, fintech, consulting, or a related industry is a strong advantage

➡️ You excel at building trust-based relationships and communicating with senior stakeholders

➡️ You’re commercially minded and comfortable identifying and driving upsell and expansion opportunities

➡️ You’re structured, proactive, and thrive when owning accounts end-to-end

➡️ You’re confident navigating complex customer needs and translating them into actionable solutions

➡️ You’re experienced with CRM tools and account management processes (we use HubSpot)

➡️ You enjoy collaborating across teams to deliver a great customer experience

➡️ You thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve and impact matters
