Location: Copenhagen
Start: ASAP
Duration: Minimum 8 weeks (until end of March), with possibility to extend
Time: Approx. 8–15 hours per week (flexible)
Compensation: Unpaid (early-stage build phase). We offer close collaboration with the founder, meaningful responsibility, strong references, and priority consideration for a paid role as the project grows.
We are looking for someone with real specialty coffee experience to support the final steps of getting TUYO’s pilot coffee line launch-ready. This is not a purely observational or learning role. You will work closely with the founder to bring structure, clarity, and follow-through to coffee-related decisions during an intensive build phase.
The focus is on quality, readiness, and consistency, helping move from exploration to clear decisions and execution.
Support final evaluation and selection of coffees for the pilot lineup (comparisons, notes, decision support)
Help keep track of all coffee-line readiness elements: what needs to be ready, by when, dependencies, and next actions
Coordinate outreach and follow-up with roasters and production partners in a structured and reliable way
Support cupping workflows and documentation (sample tracking, cupping notes, structured summaries)
Support operational preparation toward late-February readiness (simple plans, checklists, and status updates)
Clear overview and structure around coffee-line readiness
Decisions are supported by organized sensory notes and comparisons
Roaster conversations progress consistently with timely follow-up
Less ambiguity and fewer loose ends around the coffee launch
Hands-on experience in specialty coffee (café, roastery, QC, training, green buying support, or similar)
Comfortable with cupping and sensory evaluation (Q Grader is a plus, not a requirement)
Organized and reliable, with good follow-through
Able to work independently while collaborating closely with the founder
Proactive communicator who brings clarity rather than complexity
Aligned with values around quality, care, and long-term thinking
Nice to have
Familiarity with the Nordic specialty coffee scene
Experience supporting product launches, pop-ups, or festivals
Comfort working across cultures and contexts
Spanish
At TUYO, specialty coffee is not only about quality in the cup, but also about how decisions are made and work is carried out. In this role, regenerative values show up in practice through:
Careful, respectful handling of coffees, data, and relationships
Clear and transparent communication with partners and collaborators
Realistic pacing and follow-through, rather than urgency without clarity
A long-term view on quality, trust, and collaboration over short-term wins
We are looking for someone who values care, consistency, and responsibility as much as technical skill.
