Join Voi in Northampton 🚲⚡

Voi is Europe’s #1 e-scooter operator, with 125M+ rides across 100 cities. We’re growing in the UK and looking for a hands-on Fleet Specialist (Mechanical) to help keep our e-scooters and e-bikes safe, reliable, and ready for customers. What you’ll be doing

• Diagnose and repair damaged vehicles 🔧

• Perform quality checks and identify issues 🔍

• Replace batteries and parts 🔋

• Carry out quick repairs when needed 🛴

• Recycle and dismantle vehicles that can’t be repaired ♻️

• Support warehouse logistics (new vehicles, batteries, packaging) 📦

  
  

What we’re looking for

• Confident working with tools and hands-on repairs

• Full UK driving licence (max 6 points, no major offences)

• Comfortable with physical work (lifting and moving vehicles)

• Reliable, proactive, and a strong team player

• Comfortable using basic digital tools

📌 You may be required to complete a DBS check.

• Shift pattern: 5 days out of 7 (2-week rotation)

• Contract: 3-month fixed-term
