At Too Good To Go, we have an ambitious mission: to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste together.
More than 1/3 of all food produced in the world is wasted. And that has a huge impact on the health of our planet. 10% of greenhouse gas emissions come from food waste and loss
Our Too Good To Go Parcel business is a transformative solution that enables food manufacturers to effectively reduce food waste while extracting value from surplus food. Through direct purchasing from food manufacturers, Too Good To Go carefully curates and assembles the purchased products into “Too Good To Go Parcels”, which are then offered to our users at a discount of ~50% off of original retail. Sold through our existing B2C marketplace, customers can opt to have their parcel conveniently delivered to their doorstep or pick it up from a nearby location, creating a surprise element as customers unbox their Too Good To Go Parcel. Instead of allowing these products to go to waste, manufacturers significantly decrease their environmental impact, optimise their revenue by maximising the value of saved food, and enhance product visibility in the market.
In 2023, Too Good To Go was recognised on Fortune's acclaimed 'Change the World' list, named as one of Deloitte's 'Best Managed Companies' and won a coveted 'Cultural Impact Award' at the annual Apple App Store Awards.
We’re looking for an exceptional Logistics Business Analyst to join the Parcels superstar team at Too Good To Go in any of our main Parcels hubs.

Facilitate and lead conversations between Logistics Specialists, 3PL partners, Finance Business Partners, and Data teams to define process adjustments and integration requirements for new systems and business models such as Basket.
Draft and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials that reflect new analytical workflows for the “Basket” model and cost management processes (budget).
Adapt project plans and delivery strategies based on performance outcomes and changing business/financial requirements.
Demonstrated experience in a project-focused role with a strong emphasis on performance analysis, financial reporting, or cost optimization.
Proven experience in defining data requirements and collaborating with data/tech teams for system implementation (e.g., Inventory Management Systems, IMS, or pick-to-order models like Basket 2.0).
Experience in a logistics or FMCG setting is highly beneficial, particularly working with Finance, Operational and Data & Analytics Teams on financial and operational frameworks.
Proven ability to lead complex conversations and present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders across all levels (e.g., 3PL management via Logistics Operations, Finance, Senior Leadership).
Familiarity with financial planning, budget reconciliation, and logistics cost modeling.
Knowledge of and experience in SQL / Python / App Scripts / R is strongly required..
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate complex data and pipelines into clear, actionable business insights, processes and strategic recommendations.
Exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration skills, capable of building consensus and maintaining relationships across internal functions (Finance, Data & Analytics, Tech) and external partners (3PLs) in different layers of the organization.
An excellent communicator, skilled in presenting complex financial and operational concepts clearly and concisely.
Project management skills with a hands-on mentality, capable of both developing strategic frameworks and driving implementation details.
The right balance between keeping things simple and raising the bar—a strong affinity for defining and leveraging technical and data-driven solutions for financial and operational gain.
