As Head of Client Strategy at Helion B2B, your job is to inspire & lead a high-performing team of client strategists. The people in your team owns the strategic relationship with our clients and acts as project managers and strategic sparring partners when we translate business objectives into scalable B2B growth engines.
This role combines deep B2B strategic and tactical expertise with strong people leadership, project management and commercial acumen.
You will represent your team in our leadership group and actively contribute to the strategic development of Helion B2B.
People management: Cultivate a thriving team
Develop your team and equip them to become top-tier Client Strategists.
Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and objectives, ensuring every team member understands their contributions to Helion B2B's overall OKRs.
Proactively identify and hire talent to scale the Client Strategist department in alignment with workload and business goals.
Make sure our culture and values are present at all times in our collaboration with each other and our clients.
Profitability: Secure a healthy growth
Ensure that we meet the revenue targets set for your department.
Partner with the Commercial Team to create compelling, tailored pitch materials and represent your team in solution discussions with clients.
Serve as a sponsor for complex client accounts and build trust with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
Product development: Make sure our services fit the market demand
Develop, refine, and optimize the strategic products we offer to ensure it meets current and future clients' needs.
Position Helion B2B as an industry leader by ensuring your team contributes to marketing initiatives, thought leadership, and best-practice sharing.
Implement structured delivery models to ensure consistent, scalable, and high-quality execution of all project & retainer work.
Secure we deliver excellent project management to our clients and internal specialist teams.
Design and implement efficient workflows to improve collaboration across departments in our organization.
Take the Client Strategist role yourself on selected clients in our book of business
Manage capacity and resource planning to ensure timely delivery of client commitments.
Work closely with other department heads to align operations and share resources.
You have most likely worked in an agency as a consultant and it is important you have experience & passion for B2B like we do. Having worked in SaaS , IT consulting or Manufacturing is also an advantage, as those are our ideal clients. You either have people management experience already or have passion and talent for growing other people and making them successful.
