In this role, you will be doing more than putting words on pages; you’ll be designing the narrative architecture that turns strangers into loyal customers for our B2B clients.
As our new Content Specialist, you will sit at the heart of our growth strategy agency. You will be responsible for developing everything from high-level campaign concepts to the granular UX copy that guides a user through a website. You understand that a long-form thought-leadership piece and a 3-word CTA on a paid search ad are two sides of the same strategic coin.
Campaign & concept development: Building powerful messaging frameworks and creative concepts that resonate with professional audiences.
Multi-format execution: Crafting high-performance long-form content, sharp short-format social copy, and high-intent paid search ads.
Digital experience & UX: Writing website copy that isn't just "pretty" but functional—designing user journeys and UX copy that drives action.
Performance writing: Balancing creativity with SEO best practices to ensure our clients' expertise is both findable and readable.
Client collaboration: Interviewing subject matter experts to uncover the "unique hook" and leading feedback rounds to ensure strategic alignment.
Strategic content creation: Develop campaign plans that align with B2B business objectives and buyer journeys.
Full-funnel writing: Produce everything from SEO/AIO-optimized articles and whitepapers to punchy copy for LinkedIn and Google Ads.
User journey optimization: Collaborate with our strategy and tech teams to create cohesive website experiences through smart UX writing.
Stakeholder management: Manage internal and external feedback rounds, ensuring the final output meets the highest quality and strategic standards.
Impact tracking: Showcase the effectiveness of your work by developing internal case studies and performance reports.
Have the experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in content production and strategy, ideally within a B2B or agency environment.
Think strategically: You don't just write; you ask, "Why are we writing this, and where does it lead the user?"
Are multi-lingual in format: You are equally comfortable writing a 2,000-word deep dive as you are a 40-character search ad.
Understand the digital ecosystem: You have a solid grasp of SEO and AIO, paid search and social mechanics, and how copy influences UX.
Are a project owner: You can manage multiple clients and deadlines without losing your creative spark.
Speak the language: You are fluent in both written and spoken English and Danish.
