We are looking for a talented and ambitious Junior Account Manager to contribute to the continuous development and growth of our brand of endurance and outdoor gear. You will manage and grow existing marketplace partnerships while actively exploring and entering new marketplaces across Europe and beyond.

DANISH ENDURANCE is a global endurance & outdoor brand within e-commerce. With a focus on Danish design and sustainable manufacturing in Europe and Asia, we are a young high-growth company, with a flat structure and a friendly, dynamic working environment. We are a truly international team consisting of 70 professionals with 25 different nationalities based in Copenhagen at Holmen and Gramrode near Horsens. We have a scalable and unique business model, our ambitions are rocket-high, and we strongly believe that everything is possible. That is why we need you!

What can you expect from the job?

As Junior Account Manager, you will be at the heart of our marketplace growth, managing and scaling key platforms and our B2B channels, while also driving market entry strategies for new marketplaces across Europe and beyond. Working closely with your manager, you will identify commercial opportunities, optimize marketplace performance, and contribute directly to our revenue growth. This includes sales analysis, P&L responsibility, business development, product portfolio management, PPC and SEO.

What do we expect from you?

You are eager to contribute to our sales growth and enhance customer experience by analysing sales, PPC marketing campaigns, and the current product presentation, taking decisive actions based on your findings. You think commercially and are driven by revenue impact - you don’t just analyse data, you act on it. You are independent, structured, and entrepreneurial in your mindset. In this role, you take ownership of your marketplace performance, spot growth opportunities before being asked, and know how to build strong business relationships. You communicate your insights and actions clearly to the rest of the team and are not afraid to challenge the way we do things. Most importantly, you are hungry to make things happen and motivated by real business results.

Qualifications:

• Strong commercial & analytical mindset

• Languages: Excellent English, additional languages are a plus

• Some exposure to e-commerce platforms, digital marketing (PPC, SEO), or marketplace management - whether through work, internships, or academic experience

• Preferred degree in E-Business, International Business or Management, Marketing, or similar

• Confident interaction with external business partners (maintaining business relationships)

• Strong customer orientation & communication skills

• Driving sales should be the main motivation

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel

• Passion for sports is a bonus
