You will be based in our Stockholm office, but you’ll be a fully integrated member of our Belgian HR team. You get the best of both worlds: the energy of a local hub and the backing of an established HQ.
Forget "Post & Pray." We need a scout who builds relationships. You’ll be the sparring partner for our hiring managers, helping us find the best talent in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland.
Full-cycle Recruitment: Ownership from A to Z—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing the deal.
Candidate Experience: You ensure every candidate feels the "Bright" energy, through transparent and swift communication.
Data-Driven Growth: Use our ATS to optimize the funnel and report on hiring trends.
HR Support: Beyond recruitment, you’ll assist the Belgian team with onboarding and Nordic-specific HR questions.
HR Cooperation & Integration: You aren't an island in Stockholm. You will be a fully integrated member of our Belgian HR team, working in high-synergy partnership with your colleagues in Belgium through weekly syncs to align on global standards and share best practices.
Experience: You have relevant experience in recruitment (agency or in-house), preferably in a fast-paced tech or sales environment.
Hunter Mentality: You know where to find talent outside of LinkedIn and aren't afraid to reach out.
Hybrid Mindset: You enjoy the "people side" of recruitment but are also diligent with contracts and administration.
Language: You are fluent in Swedish and English. Knowledge of other Nordic languages is a big plus.
